We have a problem with the reverse of the REST API. We use METADATA Http REST. The authentication mode is "Basic" with a login/pwd.
The API is called successfully via POSTMEN, for example.
The connector verison we use is com.stambia.httprest_1.2.0.20220328_070804

Hi Jtanouti,
Semarchy is not supporting those old Stambia versions anymore. So you won't get assistance from agents unless you subscribe to extended support with your sales rep.
I did the experiment on Semarchy as well; and I had the same result, what metadata will need to be used in this case to do REST in this case?
Bests regards,

Meanwhile, maybe this article from Stambia will help you: https://stambia.org/doc/318-technology-articles/http-rest/1039-getting-started-with-http-rest-metadata-stambia-di-s20-or-higher
I hope this helps.

Hello Jtanouti,
this is all documented here for xDI versions : https://www.semarchy.com/doc/semarchy-xdi/xdi/latest/Components/http-rest/getting-started.html
Maybe you miss the HHTP Security Metadata that needs to be created first, even for Basic authentication : https://www.semarchy.com/doc/semarchy-xdi/xdi/latest/Components/base/http-security/getting-started.html
I hope this helps.
